As you know, when a broker opens up a branch office more than 25 miles away (measured from city limit from main location), you have to have a manager at that office who’s also an associate broker available to supervise.

However, there’s a new change that states that if a broker has a branch office that is more than 25 miles away from the main city limit, an associate broker must be physically present at that branch location.
